You have full liberty to utilize the photographs in your publications as frequently as desired, without any obligation to pay royalties for their usage. Upon delivery, the images are licensed to your company for unrestricted use without royalty fees. Access to these photos is granted for all commercial print, advertising, and television media purposes. However, please note that we maintain the copyright for the delivered photos, and they cannot be resold to any third party without obtaining prior written consent.

For us, white truly means white—not a hint of gray. Your products will be presented on a seamless white background, typically represented by #fff, ensuring there are no unwanted color tinges. You can rest assured that the images will maintain this pristine white background. This requirement also aligns with the standards for Amazon photography.

Each photograph undergoes meticulous scrutiny to detect any scratches or dust particles, which are then removed through physical cleaning whenever possible. For those imperfections that cannot be eradicated physically, we utilize photo editing software for correction. We make every effort to address scratches and dust particles to the best of our ability. However, it's important to note that this process does not encompass "Pixel Cleaning," which involves deep intensive cleanup of pixels.

We tailor the product image files to meet your specific web requirements, whether it's for Amazon photography, Etsy, Overstock, or your own website. It's crucial to inform us of these specifications before commencing the project so we can adjust our shooting accordingly. Simply provide us with the image requirements, and leave the photography to us. We guarantee you won't be disappointed.

Upon completion of the project, you'll have access to all the images via Dropbox, email, or transfer to your jump drive. We strive to make the process as convenient as possible for you.

We specialize in removing dust, scratches, and minor imperfections from the product. However, for more extensive smoothing or cleanup beyond this, an additional charge of $5-$8 per picture may apply, depending on the type of product.

For products larger than 10"  on the longest side, they are classified as oversized and require a separate quote (excluding apparel and certain other items). Large jewelry pieces measuring over 18 inches long and select difficult-to-photograph items may necessitate additional photography or display support, incurring a small additional charge. After the images are released, it becomes the client's responsibility to either back them up or store them. Our backup period extends for 30-45 days, during which lost images can be re-provided at no additional cost. However, we do not maintain any online backups of images due to image protection laws, thus we cannot store them permanently. Additionally, due to the high volume of images we handle weekly, it is impractical for us to maintain backups of all worked-upon files.

Additional charges apply to photographs that are created or further manipulated in photo editing software after shooting. Kindly discuss your specific requirements for pricing details.

We encourage our clients to share any product display ideas they may have. However, if specific displays are not provided, we adhere to industry-standard display guidelines. Any alterations to the display after the final image is completed will be treated as a new shot and will incur additional charges. This policy is in place to account for the considerable time and effort invested in capturing the initial shots accurately. Changes to the display constitute unnecessary duplication of work and must be discussed prior to the shoot.
